Song Xi has concerned about the occurrence of society events for a long time, he saw the process of each criminal case from beginning to the end as a scenery. The emergence of new cases replaces the events being discussed, and continues to circulate. By collecting the pictures of various crime tools that was recorded by the police security system on the internet, the same knives as the pictures is found in reality. Refer to the classic form of Alexander Calder’s sculptures and combined them together. The paradox of cases is like the artwork hanging in the space, always in the dynamics. When the knives rotate naturally, the discussion of the cases continue to appear with the information and the vane of cases shift. 14 knives make up this artwork and they are also a collection of 14 cases. When you are close to the artwork, the evidence (knives) of the cases is in front of you, the danger is around, and you are always alert.

宋兮对社会事件的发生有长期关注,把每一次事件的发生到“结束”的过程看成一场风景。新的事件出现代替正在发生的讨论,不断的循环。通过在网上收集各种公安系统记录在案的作案工具图片,在现实中找到和图片上一样的刀。借用考尔德雕塑作品的经典形式,结合到一起。事件的舆论就像挂在空中的作品,一直在动态中。当刀在空中自然转动时,事件的讨论随着信息不断出现,事件的风向标就会偏移。14把刀构成了这件作品,也是14个事件的集合。当靠近作品时,事件的证据(刀)就在眼前,危险就在身边,时刻提高警觉性。
